The new look is a big improvement. The menu is limited to burgers. The food is good, the staff inviting. Would like to see more items on the menu.

Had never been there before. Place looks great! Good music, watched some football while I was there. Don't remember what I had to eat (Pulled Pork Sandwich I think) but it was awesome! Friendly staff and very attentive! Very clean! Hope to return soon!

Such a sad story here. Investors purchased and remodeled this place with the intention of it being a friendly neighborhood pub and it's everything but. Most items on the menu are frozen, drinks are over priced, and the old waitstaff that were rehired are all salty mean women. It's really tragic. Go to Collins for a MUCH cheaper and MUCH more friendly environment, not to mention the better food. OR got to Latitude for some fine dining at a similar price as the Crest Room.

Good food at a good cost served quickly with a smile. I would go back for sure. They did a very nice remodel and the expense shows. Great job to the owners.

Swiss Patty Melt was delicious. All their meat is fresh from Ye Olde Butcher Shop.

The atmosphere is fantastic, the food was hot and delicious when it arrived to the table. We were a large party and everything was timely and the service was great! The mayor stopped in and a line was starting at the door as we were leaving. Oh and Bruce Landon the former Hartford Whalers goalie was there too! Unfortunately, we ate the food u before I was able to get some decent photos. Oh, and the bathrooms, the urinal is a half beer keg with a CUP HOLDER, and the ladies have a cup holder in their powder room as well! Here are a few photos I did take.

Foods great and I love the specials. Service is nice they are on spot when it comes to refilling my soda and I like the laid back atmosphere and comfortable seating.

A bit different but very nice to be able to eat here again. Its a beautiful day and a nice setup for eating outside 😊.

This place is so outdated. It still looks the same as when I was there in the 80's. Food was good but, bar needs some serious remodeling.

They really did a great job with the renovation. But with that being said their menu needs to be improved. Many hamburgers fries, the old Crest had many dinner choices.

Colleen is the best...

The chicken was extremely tough as I couldn't chew it. I actually had to tear it apart with my hands to eat it. Staff was great. All the other food we had was really good

My favorite local place. Always have some good brews on draft, including Dogfish 60min IPA recently which is awesome! Food is good too!

So....went to the "New" Crest Room....and it's definitely "New".....in my opinion they should change their name to the "New" ...."Wish we were the Crest Room"... hopefully next time....they have Crest Classics they don't run out of....and their prices go back to what they had 4 months ago!.....With all that said.....the waitress was good and the burgers were good!.....Sad news....was the Prices were high with not the same menu...and it felt like a new restaurant...Should change the name...The crest was a classic!....This place....not so much!

Comfortable and welcoming space that happens to serve delicious food and is priced very fairly. Great place to meet new friends, watch the B's game, and leave happy. Try it.

Not happy.. Ordered their "Shepards Pie" i wouldn't even call it that it was 2 scoops of mashed potatoes with a hamburger and corn concoction that tasted bland. And I also ordered the tater tots and I'm pretty sure they were Ore-ida.

The new owners have dialed it in prices are fair and great pub food and service.
